OU undergraduate students:	Admissions: none. Borrowing: none
OU postgraduate students:	Admissions: all. Borrowing: all Postgraduate members of Oxford Univ researching in the Russian & E European field may, on production of their Uni card be given borrowing rights. Periodicals are not borrowable.
OU academic and research staff:	Admissions: all. Borrowing: all Oxford University academics and staff working in the Russian and Eastern European field may, on production of their University/College Card be given borrowing rights. Periodicals are not borrowable.
Others:	Admissions: all. Borrowing: none Members of other academic institutions may on production of a letter of introduction be granted access. They will not be permitted to borrow.
